About Us

It started out as just helping people out with their articles.

The idea of a medical communications company was born back in the 1980s, when Dr. Lindeman was a graduate student in the Department of Physiology at the Columbia University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences. There were a bunch of other grad students and post-doctoral fellows who needed to get articles published in the peer-reviewed literature, but they were not confident with their English.

Dr. Lindeman would proofread the articles and would help get them ready for publication. Meanwhile, he was writing his own papers as well as his PhD thesis, which he finished in 1992, before heading back to medical school to get his MD.

With the emergence of the internet, it became possible to help doctors and scientists from around the world get their articles published in top-tier journals. Lack of expertise in English is no longer a barrier to publication!

You can’t advance in your career if you don’t publish. We are here to help you get you where you want to go.
